In the event that we fall short of our expectations in respect of our customers, there is a complaints process in place to resolve issues which may arise.

Customers who wish to lodge a valid complaint relating to our services should do so in writing, by email to hi@solarnow.ie.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt of said complaint.

We aim to issue a response to your complaint within 30 working days of receipt of said complaint.
