Ireland had a “record” year for renewables in 2022 according to ESB Networks. In the 12 months to December, 688 MW of additional renewable projects were energised. Solar energy is just beginning it’s run, and has to deploy more than thirty-years worth of wind energy projects in the next five to seven years.
